Our team has experience using most of the top campground management software and reservation systems. As mom-and-pop campground owners have become more open to online bookings, the overall adoption of these solutions has increased.
According to OHI's 2023 Industry Outlook Report, 67% of campground bookings were made online.

OTAs are where travelers find and book campsites and can be the traveler-facing counterparts of the backend management software and reservation systems. There is some variation in Outdoor Hospitality OTA business models and some crossover between OTAs and backend management systems.
According to OHI's 2023 Industry Outlook Report, 24% of campgrounds list their campsites on an OTA.
We believe listing our campsites on various OTAs is crucial to achieving maximum distribution, so we’ve studied these providers closely to understand where each provider fits into the market.

As investors have increasingly jumped into Outdoor Hospitality, third-party management firms have scaled their businesses to support a new wave of buyers who don’t want to miss out on the opportunity but don’t necessarily have the desire or capability to manage day-to-day operations.
